“La MayaMiel” is a
strong ginger Ale to which honey is added during the fermentation process. It
develops a very complex nose and a scale in mouth which will seduce your taste
buds. This beer will go wonderfully well with a buffet dinner or foie gras.
Best served between 8 and 12°C, MayaMiel contains barley malts, hops, yeasts and
honey.
